I was still in my weight range but several pounds less than yesterday. I don’t know if it’s being done with PMS or all the throwing up I did yesterday. I also had 2 Atkin shakes. But it was a nice surprise seeing it that low.
Today I had a diet cherry Vanilla Coke from Sonic, an Atkins shake, a 100 calorie package of almonds, and avocado toast from Dunkin Donuts. For a snack I’m going to have another Atkins shake and another package of almonds. Dinner will be 2 pieces of salmon and a bag of green giant butternut squash noodles. I have down 1371 on my Noom app.
