I started Klonopin so I've been less anxious. I have a more relaxed frame. I'm glad. I feel calm at the moment. My upper back hurts though, but I've been doing work. I feel a little sad because of some relationship issues. I hope they work out soon. Yesterday was difficult. I had a stress test and felt ill most of the day. I order McDonald's. That's my go-to comfort food.
