It's actually called Keirsey Temperament Sorter / Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

I took that one in high school! I'm an ESTJ (Extrovert, Sensing, Thinking, Judging). If you go search on Wikipedia or Google about it, you can have an online test to know which type you are currently. There's also a descrption of the characteristics you have for it, as well as possible career path suitable for your type ;]
