I'm conducting a 90 day experient. I'm using DBT and CBT techniques every day and journaling about it. I want to keep track of my progress and improve my mood each day. So far it's gone well. I take notes, write down affirmations, use photos and quotes. At the end of the 90 days, I will have content for a book I want to write. It might be a self-help book or a memoir. I'm in self-publishing school at the moment, so I am learning more about writing. I already have two books published. I want to do more.
