As a few have said try and keep the appointments in a workable order. Three a week or so.
I used to be a very busy bee in years gone by. However even thought I was encouraged by my T and by the psyc Dr to be more social and meet people after having a breakdown, I have found my true self likes to be alone and well away from people in general. I am as I mentioned before quietly content with my life as a painter and photographer. Appointments are something I keep to a minimum.
