I haven't noticed vivid dreams from melatonin (but then again melatonin never did much for me). I have definitely had vivid dreams from Seroquel, though. Nightmares and also very emotional, restless dreams. Sometimes I also have trouble distinguishing things from the dreams from reality the next day.
