I’m sorry you are having this issue. It can really do a number on you. My pdoc put me on a medication one time that left me getting 2-4 hours of sleep at night. I would wake up the next morning and find really bizarre things that I’d written in my appointment book. It was surreal. I hope you get adequate rest soon.
