My anxiety was bad today along with everything else. I’ve taken 4 Xanax today. I took my lamictal, propalanol 2 Xanax and a zofran an hour ago to try to help me out. I’m hoping to hold back on my Geodon which can knock me out but only for a few hours. I’m hoping if I take it around 7 I can sleep better then I have been this past week.

Edit: the psych meds and zofran and an Advil seem to have worked pretty well. I feel better. The ice is starting to annoy me which I think may be a good sign.
