I am freaking the **** out— I have a headache and want to throw up. I accidentally dented my car by driving it into a concrete post in a parking lot (I was super stressed and i put the car in drive instead of reverse) and now my car has scrapes and a big *** dent in it. I’m in the break room at work and I DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE. It’ll just be another **** show like it always is. And now I’m backtracking and I’m terrified that I forgot to take my meds this morning. Which is making me freak out even more. Help
