<font color="purple">It's kinda funny you ask- my grandma has cancer in the well, reproductive areas (we think) and my aunt before the diagnoses had her cysts removed (she won't be able to have another kid, but she was happy with just one anyways.) From these two expiriences you can have the cyst removed and if it's anything like my aunt's case they will take everything but the ovaries out, Or maybe they'll just remove the ovary that has the cyst (if it's just one) or maybe just the cyst?

In any case, I say if it's giving you that much trouble then it's gotta go. </font>
