HI (((Jinnyann)))
I used to suffer from ovarian cysts. Although they were large they always went away after a month or two. They are normal for some people. Yeah, they can be very, very painful and sometimes your tube can twist and cut off the blood supply. They can also rupture. Since you don't get a period you may still be cycling. Actually, a cyst is a normal occurrence. It's how the egg is released each month. However, when they don't change in size or get bigger instead of smaller it can be a sign of a problem. (UMmm I have no idea what a satsuma is but mine were 5 cm.) !!!
There is no way of predicting whether your cysts will go down in size or not. You just have to wait until the repeat scan. If it is still there or large then they will probably remove it to check out whether or not there is a malignancy.
I used to be frightened of these but became so used to them it began to feel normal.
I hope you can get some rest.
Take gentle care.
