For the rest of the day I ended up eating a 125 calorie can of Hormel Turkey, a 120 calorie can of Tyson chicken, and a 140 calorie bowl of shrimp wonton soup with the broth dumped out. So I had about 1360 calories today. Most of my food was in the green zone. I feel full now.
I bought some green grapes and cherries and froze them. I put them on a baking tray and then put them into the freezer until they were frozen. Then I transferred them into mini sandwich bags. I have heard they are great snacks and desserts and they are also low calorie too.
