I’m struggling today with depression and anxiety. I did get all my laundry done. I also showered. and I’m annoyed at my mom but I haven’t lashed out at her. I just took half my night meds and some Advil. This was the first time today I took pain meds. I’m not in a ton of pain but I was reaching in and out of the washer and dryer probably a total of 10 times. So I was starting to get a bit achy. I took 4 Xanax again today. I’m going to run out unless I can get it filled a few days early. Or else I’ll have to start cutting them in half. Overall today my coping skills and my Xanax didn’t work very well. But I don’t think I did as bad as I think I did.
