I don’t think I even tried today let alone tried my best. I took another 5 Xanax along with a slew of other psych meds, pain meds, and vitamins to try to get my anxiety under control. I ate decently but not a lot. I limited my caffeine to one glass of coffee at 1AM. So that was ok. Basically I’m just really struggling and eventually someone’s gonna have to find out because I’ll be out of Xanax in a week and I can’t get it refilled until the 29th. So that means I have to deal with just one a day and I’m wondering how that will even be possible. Like won’t I have withdrawals going down so fast like that?
