My self care is pretty complicated, requiring a balance of meds, preventing stress, setting boundaries, avoiding toxic people but not isolating, prioritizing lists for discussion with professionals, etc. However, I think that regular exercise is best when start to get in trouble and as a vital part of my routine. Walking a mile every other day with the pooch now until the gyms are safe to restart water aerobics. Heard there is a chlorine shortage here, tho. That could be a huge problem for me.The Silver Sneakers program was paying for gym memberships before covid for seniors. Online exercise classes and machines just dont work for me. Good topic.
