I’m 152.2 lbs right now. I had a couple days last week where I ate really unhealthy but I’m back on track now.
Hoping to get down to 125lbs in a year.
For breakfast I had a slimfast shake and a piece of wheat toast w/ peanut butter. Lunch was Yogurt w/ walnuts, dinner will be a salad, can of tuna, a hard boiled egg. And for a snack I’ll have unsweetened applesauce w/ cinnamon
