My anxiety was rough this morning. But it was lower this afternoon. I only took 2 Xanax. The second one was cut up so I took a .5 twice instead of 1mil once. I have a weird stomach ache right now but I think it’s just heartburn. I have 2 doctor appointments this week so I can discuss things with them then.
