I was able to calm down last night after practicing DBT skills. (Watching an old musical really helped distract me.) Now I'm having my post-anxiety good mood which usually happens after a spell of anxiety. I tend to feel pretty upbeat afterwards.
Today I'm going to practice some drawing, maybe do some cross stitch, read. I'll keep busy although the meds have me pretty lethargic. Tonight i'll watch a movie.
