I've had a good day so far. It was really pretty outside and that boosted my mood. I have kept busy, reading and practicing my drawing, as was planned. My dog has been much calmer today than she has been lately and only needed 1/2 of an anti-anxiety pill this afternoon. No triggers for me today, thus far; my anxiety level is about 1-2. I'll read and watch a movie this evening.
