The page name and heading can easily be changed, yes, but adding high quality, in depth articles and content that will help the site to rank for "mental health forum" is a much longer-term strategy that would take time.
The site does rank #8 for "mental health forum usa" which only gets 30 searches/,month, so that doesn't help.
