I was 170.2 today. So far I’ve had 2 little bags of Goldfish crackers and 2 bananas. I had a pina colada flavored Mountain Dew too. My anxiety is real bad and food is making it worse. I may try to eat an Amy’s Burrito for dinner. Goldfish crackers, bananas, noodles from soup, and Amy’s cheddar cheese bean and rice burritos are the main things I can eat. Today I can really only stomach the crackers and bananas. It’s been rough lately with food because of anxiety.
