I had a lot of anxiety today. Therapy made me feel physically and mentally gross. I hope I can get in with the new one soon. I coped ok with my anxiety and my moods were under control. My depression isn’t too bad. My physical pain is getting there a bit. I’ll probably take a Tylenol in a few minutes.
