I got to 169 today. I am so happy. That’s my lowest weight since January. Only 4 more pounds and I’ll be at my lowest weight since 2019.
So far today I had a cold brew coffee from Starbucks and one of the 2 egg bites I got. I gave the other to my mom. I have a package of frozen strawberries thawing and I got a bag of frozen grilled zucchini and a bag of lightly sauced corn I’ll have today. I’ll also have a can of Tyson chicken for dinner. I have down 1178 calories.
I am trying to lose weight but there also isn’t much motivation to eat. So it’s been easy. I got a lunch special yesterday from a restaurant and I got a lunch size serving of fettuccine and a lunch size serving of spaghetti. Both about 200 calories each. I had the fettuccine around 2:30 and then I tried eating the spaghetti for dinner yesterday at 7 and I took 2 bites of it and got full. So it’s been kind of easy to control things.
