I was productive during both of my appointments. I got a few questions answered and I also got told some stuff I didn’t want to know. I’m kind of annoyed I didn’t mention a couple things to them. Overall today my moods were kinda bad but it was mostly just anxiety. I wasn’t crabby. My physical symptoms have been rough today and I’m kind of concerned it isn’t just anxiety because I’ve taken a lot of **** these last couple weeks and I’m wondering if it’s starting to catch up to me now.
