I'm sorry you're facing such a tough situation. In my case, I write my feelings in my notebook first. Then, I drink a glass of water and just sit until I finish the whole glass. After that, if I can stop crying, I try to walk around my neighborhood. If I don't have the energy to go out, I listen to music. I also try to text a friend and talk about something. I don't usually tell them I'm suicidal. Or it's more like I can't say anything about how I feel when I'm in that state.
