168.6 today. That’s my lowest since last summer. I haven’t been able to eat much since my surgery. I’m having a lot of anxiety which is also making it hard to eat. I had a banana and a little bag of Goldfish crackers this morning and they made me anxious.

Also I’m doing Noom which changes your relationship and mindset about food. It helps you stop craving unhealthy stuff and then you just eat filling foods. Like it helps you switch from grabbing some ice cream and retrains your brain to grab like frozen grapes or something.

It’s $171 but its for 6 months. It’s a lot of reading and comprehension and you have to weigh yourself everyday and log everything you eat. So you do have to work at it it’s not a magic solution. But it has worked for a lot of people and it’s been the only thing that has been making a difference for me. I’ve tried pre made meals and Atkins and slim fast. But I needed to change my relationship with food in order to be successful.

Plus I probably have some type of restricting eating disorder which isn’t good.
