I just wish my Pdoc hadn’t brought up possibly meeting with my old T again. I was getting really good at forgetting about her until he mentioned it. I kind of feel like that Lady Gaga song that goes “I’ve gotten a hundred million reasons to walk away, but I just need one good one to stay.” I don’t think I’ve ever felt this confused about someone who really isn’t good for my mental health.
