I’m doing pretty good depression wise. I haven’t been dwelling on therapy as much as I did Wednesday- Saturday. I wonder if my increase in lamictal is helping.

I did do a bit of retail therapy but I never let it get out of control. I spent about $56 on stuff today and I got dinner too. But I had the money and I used debit instead of credit.

My mom wants me to get out more and I don’t know what to do besides go to stores. Maybe go on a walk or something. In about 12 days I can start doing heavy workouts.
