Unless you count self-medicating with sweets, I guess not. I've actually never been overly into childish things, even as a child. Or the things I really loved (dancing and my bike) are generally not strictly considered child only activities. I do like my pillow and alpaca blanket for comfort. Otherwise I cuddle with my husband.
