I am finding sensory-deprivation helpful, which is a fancy way of saying i sit or lay in a dark silent room withan eye-shade on to block out every last bit of light.
If i get too restless, i allow quiet familiar music. But no brain-frying TV or computer or phone or conversation or podcasts. I find it very important to deprive my eyes as they as so highly-developed in humans.
Seems to be working, i've been coasting on a nice modulated high for weeks now, having tons of fun and getting a lot done and treating myself very well.
