Despite barely eating before dinner yesterday, my half burrito from the Mexican restaurant caused me to gain almost 4 pounds. But it could also be PMS too.
So far today I had a couple chocolate paydays around 2:30. My chocolate craving is a big sign it’s PMS. I had a coffee, that I barely touched, an ice cream cone I couldn’t really eat because I couldn’t physically hold the cone, a plate of frozen grilled zucchini, a 100 calorie pack of nuts, and now I’m trying to eat a bag of frozen grapes. I’m not sure about dinner or about my calories. I have down 1,210 that includes a can of chicken for dinner.
