I’m so up and down with my anxiety lately. Saturday it was unbearable. Yesterday it was fine. Today it’s been off and on. Early this morning until 11 it was ok. 11 until an hour ago was really bad. Right now I’m feeling sort of better but I took half my night meds pretty early. I think I’m doing ok without the Xanax like the doctors and nurses told me. I’ve taken all 3 Valium today. The first one at 2AM worked good. The second one at 11AM didn’t work. The last one is working decently. I had some nuts and a bag of frozen grapes so that may be why I’m ok now. I barely slept last night which may also be one of my issues today.

But it’s been a roller coaster since Wednesday afternoon.
