I too suffer from ovarian cyst - but mine have never gotten big enough for my doctor to warrant surgery as a means of correction... but they have gotten big enough to inflict severe pain upon me through out the month - and I suffer even more when they burst....... so if I was you I would go for the surgery and have them removed before they continue to make you more miserable with each passing month.
