I took 36 milligrams of melatonin at 6 last night. I didn’t fall asleep until 12:30. I woke up at 6:30. I feel tired but I also took my vertigo medication which causes drowsiness. I can’t even remember the last time I got decent sleep. It’s been weeks.
I’m not sure why my sleep was so bad last night. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was reading a book all afternoon.
When I can’t sleep at night I’m in a good mood and it makes falling asleep even harder. I’m not sure if I’m hypomanic or if it’s just real bad PMDD.
