I’m not sure why my sleep was so bad last night. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was reading a book all afternoon.
When I can’t sleep at night I’m in a good mood and it makes falling asleep even harder. I’m not sure if I’m hypomanic or if it’s just real bad PMDD.

I just learned today that too much melatonin (5mg is the average recommended I found online) can actually make it harder to sleep because it screws with your circadian rhythm.
