I got the DBT Handbook and have been reading it by myself. I’m not sure about finding a group to do the class yet.
One of the exercises the DBT book says to do is to watch the NEWS without judgment. I think it’s kind of ridiculous that someone could watch a story on the NEWS about an awful tragedy and just be like…whatever.

But the purpose of the exercise is to train yourself to not be judgmental which will help with interpersonal relationships and negative thinking.
