I weighed 171.8. Still not bad and below what I was the other day. I expected to be 173. Yesterday I just grazed and I didn’t eat much of anything I started. I’m good at not eating when I’m not hungry.
Today I had a couple sodas and a bag of chips early. Then I had a cake pop for a mid morning snack. Lunch was a bag of steamed corn. Dinner was some frozen zucchini. It wasn’t the best but the vegetables helped. I was right at my 1400 calorie goal for today.
