I’m upping my calories for a few days until I can get past my PMS. So far today I’ve had a glass of Oreo iced coffee and 3 iced teas with flavoring. I plan on having a mchicken and a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s for lunch. If I can deal with it. I’m not sure about dinner. After lunch I’ll be at 1005 calories. I’m aiming for 1580 calories but maintenance is 1860 according to Noom.
I honestly don’t feel very good physically today and I can’t tell if it’s from stress or all the iced teas. So I’m not very hungry.
I have to get smaller pants though. I was a 34/32 but I’m pretty much a 32 now. Last year at this time I was a 36. But I hope my shorts hold out until the end of summer.
