I lost almost a pound since yesterday despite PMS and eating McDonald’s and an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen. I had around 1,485 calories. I don’t understand why my mental health team doesn’t believe in calories in vs calories out.
So far today I had a bowl of quinoa at midnight. Then around 7:30 I had an Amy’s Mexican TV dinner. I usually just drink soda for breakfast. I did get a diet cherry Vanilla Coke from sonic today while I was out this morning. For lunch I’ll have some Goldfish crackers and for dinner I’ll have a can of roast beef. I’ll probably have a plum or a peach too but right now I’m at 1179 calories for the day.
I think I’ll go get a coffee from Dunkin Donuts so my calories will actually equal to 1,270 before any fruit. To lose weight quickly I need to be eating 1400 calories. So 1,270 is still low.
