mssweatypalms. I’m sorry you are feeling this way. I can relate to shutting down. It’s been something I’ve done for decades when things become too much. I’m glad you’re able to function at work but sorry you feel like a different person afterwards. Could you maybe light some candles and take a nice bath? Or whichever kind of self care you can manage? I wish I had some wise advice. I hope you start feeling better soon. Wishing you a better day.
