Thanks Rhap, strangely enough I got out of bed a bit quick thismorning and i felt it twist or something, the pain was awful .... it has been niggling again all day even after painkillers. I'm just taking it easy and doing a spot of writing because I'm terrified of that pain coming back. I am going to try my best to convince the consultant to take it out.
