I maintained exactly the same weight as yesterday. 171 exactly. My goal is to just get through these last couple days of PMS and work through my cravings without gaining anything. Usually when I PMS I get up to 176 pounds.
But a hungry man fried chicken TV dinner sounds so good right now. But they are the worst TV dinners and they have 970 calories and a **** ton of sodium. I am legit starting to worry about my cholesterol now so I’m trying to watch it.
I was really hungry last night around 7 but I just chugged a diet caffeine free Mountain Dew and I got to sleep. But then I woke up at midnight to have a snack.
