I'd hate to see a fellow Nascar fan go anywhere. WE are few and far between Tryin. I hope you find some peace and come back again real soon.
I hope you find a safe place to vent it or talk about it. Anger at ourselves is a hard one to let go of. It's one of my problem areas too.
