I feel like such a screw up. My son was ill at the beginning of the month and I took him to the dr and got an excuse for the two days he was off. He was off school sick another three days. Last week I drove to the office to get another excuse but they had closed at eleven am. I called today to ask them to fax an excuse but they said I should have called the dr to tell her my son was more sick. I didn't do that because he has no insurance and I knew I could afford another appt. They said they don't know if the doctor will fax the excuse or not. I am screwing up my son's life as well as my own. I feel like such a bad mother. I can't stop crying.
