@Deilla I hope it drifted to a really good day later on.

I have this question in my mind --- was I in the states of mania and depression, in each one, for years? I read books and they said that it lasts days and months. Sometimes to me it lasted years. It's probably just my perception of time. You never know though. I'm just basically wondering if years of it can happen at a time. It may be seemingly juvenile to question.
