I am wondering if someone is going to figure out who she is, maybe an investigative journalist. San Javier is a small town. Her dad died of Covid. By looking at obituaries, it could probably narrowed down quite a lot.

Haha, the Chilean national team is pathetic to be honest. A lot of guys have been around since before the 2010 World Cup and think they run the show. Many good coaches don't want to work with them because they know they are problematic. Word gets around. A coach quits and then we have to accept anyone who will take them.

They were free from the last date of the group stage of the Copa America. because there are five teams so each one gets one off date. The team came back here yesterday to prepare for the next round. Supposedly there is a list of requirements they have to meet due to COVID. How long is it until one of them is busted for not following the protocols? You just know it's going to happen. My money is on Arturo Vidal.

The Chinese Ambassador here issued a press release in favor of the Chinese vaccines. One of his points was that 65% of the vaccines used in Latin America are Sinovac. I guess his point is that at least they are shipping more vaccines than the US or Europe. But, as far as promoting their vaccines, saying that when Latin America is the epicenter of the pandemic right now is probably not too bright.
L.M.A.O! El pibe (the buddy) doesn’t seem to feel very well after receiving Sinovac.
Sometimes, it’s needed and sane to take what happens and what it’s out of our hands with humor. It’s a quite healthy way to take things. Latin American countries’ populations usually do this very well.
And it doesn’t mean they don’t care, it means they had enough and they show a big capacity of resilience.
