Stopped Ambien last night. Got in a real light half in, half out, sort of sleep for about 3-4 hours. Then up the rest of the night. Pretty sure taking Ambien every day is giving me some side effects on the mild side (slight nausea, headache, fogginess, etc). Kind of tired of feeling blah. Plus I don't want my body to get super addicted. But I know I'm in for some sleepless nights. Which is fine, as long as I'm not up super anxious and panicky and restless. So fingers crossed [emoji1696]. Going out of town anyway. I don't tend to sleep well when I'm not home, even on Ambien.
