OMG! No one has ever asked me about my hearing when getting a license. So do they discriminate against people with back pain? How about MS, ALS, or HIV? I'm guessing no. Just those who have problems hearing. Seems to me there should be legal help. They are in violation of the ADA.

Interesting. I had lots of ear infections as well, throughout my childhood. The doctors said that's what caused the cholesteatoma in my ear.
