So I did of course end up back at 176 yesterday. Stupid PMS. But today I was 173. If I can just get to like 165 I’d be ok for the next round of PMS. Today I had an RX bar, some vegetables and fruit. I plan on having some roasted Brussel sprouts and some Goldfish crackers but that’s pretty much zero protein and I’d still be under 1200 calories for the day. So I may have to adjust things and maybe eat a can of meat or something.
