As for harassment, I went from

1. Pestering TF out of the coworker who didn’t want to be friends. Trying to pay her to be friends. Rude to others

2. Not rude to anyone but coming in on my days off regularly to chat up my supervisor

3. Never even coming in on my days off anymore and never rude to anyone (until recently).

I progressively improved. It’s just painstakingly slow. And I’m just heartbroken that it still isn’t normal level. I guess next step would be

4. Not trying to talk to supervisor every chance I get. Or always asking where they are or when they’re working

Things like that

It’s too late for me here but next job will be different cuz step 4.
Many of those things you had multiple warnings and only stopped when legal action was threatened. It's not quite the progress you are suggesting it is which is why you need to stop working until you can get some professional help.

You may not be violent or dangerous now, but this stalking behavior could hurt someone even without malicious intent. It could cause an accident, it could certainly lose the GM his job. You are hurting other people. That is not nice.
